What retail feedback tells you
Sales figures show what sold, not why people left empty-handed. A quick in-store form helps you spot stock gaps, confusing layouts, pricing concerns and great (or not so great) service — straight from the people in your shop.
Example questions
Describe your goal as "how was your shopping experience today?" and you might get:
- How would you rate your visit today? (1–5 rating)
- Did you find what you were looking for? (Yes · Partly · No)
- What would you like us to stock? (open text)
- How helpful was our team? (1–5 rating)
Planning a new product line? Create a separate form like "what do you think of our new range?" to compare results side by side.
Where to put the QR code
- At the till — a small sign while customers pay.
- On receipts and shopping bags — feedback after they get home.
- On shelf signs next to new or trial products.
- In order confirmation emails using the share link, if you also sell online.
You can also embed the form on your website for online shoppers.
Act on the results
See ratings averaged, choices counted and every comment in one place, then export to CSV. With Pro, AI response insights group recurring requests and complaints — "sizes out of stock", "queue at the weekend" — and suggest what to tackle first.
