FeedbackForMe ("FeedbackForMe", "we", "us") is operated by Bundleman Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect through the FeedbackForMe website, web app and mobile app, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create a brand-owner account, we collect your email address via Amazon Cognito, our authentication provider. We never see or store your password — Cognito handles that directly.

Brand content. Information you add about your brand, including its name, website, any search terms you configure for tracking online mentions, and any logo image you upload. Uploaded logos are stored in a way that makes them publicly viewable, since they're displayed on your public feedback forms.

Feedback responses. When someone submits one of your feedback forms, we store the answers they provide. Respondents are not required to create an account or provide any identifying information beyond whatever they choose to type into a form.

Billing information. If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is handled directly by Stripe (on the web), Google Play (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iPhone). We never see or store your card details — we only keep a reference to your subscription and its status.

Technical information. Our hosting infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) automatically logs standard technical data such as IP addresses and request timestamps, for security and operational purposes. The mobile app sends crash reports (technical details about the crash and your device) to Firebase Crashlytics so we can fix bugs. The web app stores your sign-in session in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

How we use information

• To operate your account and the FeedbackForMe service
• To generate feedback forms and analyze feedback and online mentions using AI (see below)
• To process payments for paid plans
• To protect feedback forms from spam, where the form owner has turned on CAPTCHA protection
• To communicate with you about your account
• To maintain the security and reliability of the service

AI processing

FeedbackForMe uses Anthropic's Claude models, accessed through Amazon Bedrock, to generate feedback form questions from your descriptions and website, and to summarize feedback and online mentions. Content you submit for these features (such as a description of what you want feedback on, or feedback text) is sent to this AI service for processing.

Who we share information with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run FeedbackForMe:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, authentication, and AI processing
• Stripe — payment processing for web subscriptions
• Google Play and Apple App Store — payment processing for in-app subscriptions
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting in the mobile app
• Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on feedback forms where the form owner has enabled it

Feedback submitted through your public forms is visible to you, the brand owner, as the person who created that form.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account, brand, and feedback data for as long as your account is active. Deleting a brand permanently deletes that brand's feedback goals, responses, tracked mentions, and insights. You can delete your whole account at any time — see how to delete your account.

Children's privacy

FeedbackForMe is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
