Creating and sharing a feedback form

In the web app or the Android app, create a brand, then add a feedback goal describing what you want feedback on — AI will suggest a set of questions you can edit before publishing. Once published, each goal gets its own QR code, shareable link and website embed code from the "View QR Code and Links" screen — respondents don't need to install anything to submit feedback. Viewing responses

Open a brand's "Responses" screen to see a summary of answers per question, filter by feedback goal, and export everything (or just one goal) as a CSV.

Subscriptions

FeedbackForMe Pro covers your whole account, whichever way you pay. To manage or cancel it, open Account → Manage Subscription:

• Bought on the web (by card, through Stripe): manage it from the web app's Account page.
• Bought in the Android app: manage it in Google Play — that's the only place a Google Play subscription can be changed.
• Bought in the iPhone app: manage it in your Apple account's subscriptions settings.
