Delete Your Account

You can delete your FeedbackForMe account and all associated data at any time.

Delete it yourself

In the web app or the mobile app, open Account and tap Delete Account. Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone.

Or ask us by email

Email our support address from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may reply to confirm your identity before processing the request, and will complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Every brand you own, including their feedback goals and forms
• All feedback responses collected through your forms
• Tracked online mentions and sentiment insights
• Any logo images you uploaded

What isn't affected

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a paid subscription — cancel it first from Account → Manage Subscription (or in Google Play / the App Store). Billing records we're required to keep for tax, accounting, or legal purposes may be retained after account deletion as required by law.
